Forced migration has become one of the preeminent development, humanitarian, economic, and security issues of our time. Root causes remain largely unaddressed, and the international community continues to play defense. The U.S. and its partners must recommit to solving this crisis sustainably before countries collapse into longer wars with higher human and financial costs. Forced migration is solvable. But if not managed correctly, the crisis could result in the near-irreversible corruption of global growth, security, and development. (Publicado el 17 ene. 2019)
