Dear Felipe,
I am delighted to share with you the third iteration of our study on climate change and news audiences. The report is based on a survey of the public in eight countries and this research forms an integral part of our work at the Oxford Climate Journalism Network. It offers a telling finding: across those we surveyed, over two-thirds of people in every country are concerned about the impact of climate change, now a lived reality in both the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events over the past year.
We are grateful to our partners Laudes Foundation and the European Climate Foundation for supporting our work and making this research possible. Conducting this study over three years has been hugely helpful in our effort to continue building our ongoing understanding of thelink between news use and attitudes towards climate change.
