CFR’s Center for Preventive Action is compiling its thirteenth annual Preventive Priorities Survey (PPS) for 2021. The PPS ranks plausible sources of armed conflict that could erupt or escalate in the coming year and harm U.S. interests, with the goal of helping U.S. government officials focus their preventive efforts and be better prepared.
