Nations unies (Etats-Unis), 7 juil 2017 (AFP) – Un traité interdisant les armes nucléaires devrait être adopté vendredi aux Nations Unies, malgré l’opposition des Etats-Unis, du Royaume-Uni, de la France et d’autres puissances nucléaires qui ont boycotté les négociations.
