CSIS’s Emily Harding, Director of the Intelligence, National Security, and Technology (INT) Program, will join Mr. Shearer to discuss how intelligence agencies can best adapt to today’s geostrategic challenges and how technology is changing intelligence work. Topics of conversation will also include the importance of partnerships and alliances, the strategic direction of open source intelligence, and recruiting the next generation of intelligence professionals.
